The Model

Six moves from idea to open.

Every engagement follows the same logic. The business itself remains custom.

01

Diagnose

Understand the idea, founder, capital, goals, skills and constraints.

02

Pressure-Test

Challenge the customer, offer, competitive edge, price, margin, market and assumptions.

03

Model

Build startup costs, monthly costs, unit economics, break-even and profit targets.

04

Build

Create the formation, brand, backend, equipment plan, traffic plan and launch assets.

05

Open

Activate the Top 3 acquisition channels and first-customer sales strategy.

06

Optimize

Use the first 60 days of real traffic, sales and financial data to improve the business.

Business Money Map

Know the numbers before the market teaches you the hard way.

We build the financial logic of the company into a usable backend, not a spreadsheet you look at once and forget.

What we calculate

Startup investment
Defined
Monthly fixed expenses
Defined
Variable cost per sale
Defined
Gross profit / margin
Defined
Break-even customer count
Defined
Profit targets
$5K / $10K / $20K

The point is the decision.

If the model says you need 400 customers a month but you can physically serve 120, we do not launch the same plan and hope. We change the offer, price, capacity or business model before you waste the money.

All of it is attached to your operating plan so you know what to watch every month.

Traffic & Demand

We do not build a website and wish you luck.

For every business, we select the Top 3 Customer Acquisition Channels most likely to work for that model and that customer. Then we give each channel a plan, target and way to measure whether it deserves more investment.

Traffic → Lead → Conversation → Sale → Repeat
The First 60

We stay when the real learning begins.

Launch gives us assumptions. Customers give us evidence. We review the numbers weekly and adjust the offer, traffic, conversion, pricing and execution based on what the market is actually telling us.

We track

Traffic by source
Leads by source
Cost per lead
Close rate
Average ticket
Revenue
Gross margin
Customer acquisition cost
Repeat customers
Recurring revenue

Then we decide

Which channel deserves more money
Which channel should be cut
Whether pricing is working
Where the funnel is leaking
Whether the offer needs to change
What to test next
Flagship Launch Partnership

Build it. Open it. Optimize it.

$1,500

Business Launch Build + First 60 Launch Partnership

Filing fees, permits, hosting, domain, and insurance costs are separate and typically run about $400, unless your business requires regulated licensing or an unusually complex build, which may need separate pricing or custom timelines.

30-60Days, if you're ambitious
One firm. One price. One timeline.
Partnership Fit Framework

Before you split the company, make sure you chose the right person.

A lot of partnerships start because two people like the idea. That is not enough. We help founders slow down, ask the right questions, and decide whether the person across the table is someone they should actually build a business with.

What we evaluate

Work ethic
Decision-making style
Money expectations
Risk tolerance
Time commitment
Skill overlap vs. skill gap
Communication style
Conflict behavior
Long-term goals
What each person is actually bringing to the table

What you leave with

A clear partner-fit recommendation
Red flags identified early
Defined roles and responsibilities
Ownership expectations clarified
Decision rights discussed
Questions that must be answered before signing anything
A stronger basis for the operating agreement
A decision to partner, or walk away

A bad partner can destroy a good business. The goal is not to find someone who is excited. The goal is to find someone who is aligned.

Your Competitive Edge

We help you find what makes you different.

Sometimes the founder already has the advantage. They just do not realize it yet. We ask the right questions, connect the dots, and identify the experience, skill, relationships or access that can make the business stand out.

“You already have something the market can care about. Our job is to find it, and build around it.”
  • What do you know that competitors may not?
  • What experience gives you an advantage?
  • Who or what do you have access to?
  • What can you do better, faster or differently?

Then we turn that advantage into clearer positioning, stronger messaging and a better reason for customers to choose you.

FAQ

What founders usually ask.

Do you just help me set the business up?

No. Setup is only one part. We pressure-test the business, build the economics, uncover your competitive edge, create the brand and backend, develop the traffic and sales plan, help you open and stay with you for the first 60 days.

Do you actually form the LLC and help with the EIN?

For agreed standard-scope launches, administrative formation and registration work can be included. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, and legal or tax advice is referred to appropriately licensed professionals when needed.

Do you build the website and professional email?

Yes. The digital build can include domain setup, professional email, landing page or website, lead forms, social profile setup and basic analytics/tracking.

What if I do not know what makes my business different?

That is part of Founder Discovery. We ask enough questions to uncover the experience, access, knowledge, credibility or relationships you may be overlooking, then turn that into a market differentiator customers can understand.

What happens after I open?

We stay for the First 60. We review traffic, leads, conversion, revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost and repeat business, then help adjust the plan using actual data.

You’ve talked about it long enough.

Bring us the idea. We’ll help you find the edge, build the company, map the money, create the path to customers and get the business open.
